Bad service

I mailed them on the 09/04/2016 got a call from the branch on the 11/042016 could not answer due to me being at work i would have wanted feedback via email i mailed again on the 13/04/2016 and got an email today from the manager but i emailed the boss on email address [Email Removed] very *********** because there is a big sign at the beauty place to say mail me to this email but then the manager gets back yo you...i complained about tge fact that i was boomed incottectly yet again booked n manicure on naiil extentions acrylic whatever you call it and was booked for a normal manicure instead when i got there i only found out i was booked witb someone u cant do what i want and was told the other technicians was busy but werent..the other time they booked me for 4:30 got there at 4:15 and was told i cant have a full pedicure because im late but was on time but as per the same person queshmiyah i was late and again i was disapointed today they mail me apologising but the mail says they believe there staff over their clients sooo they are very happy with losing clients me not going there every week or month makes me to be of non importance to them.
