Poor quality

I was informed that the lampshades and pod I purchased were suitable for outdoor use. Within a few weeks — still in summer — all the lampshades and the pod showed noticeable discoloration. I reported this to the shop where I made the purchase and was told that the owner, Gail, would contact me. She did not. I eventually had to reach out to her myself. While it would have been too complicated to remove the lampshades, I agreed that only the pod would be collected and repaired. After several follow-ups, this was finally done, but instead of a repair, I received a replacement that was entirely different from the one I had originally selected. When I called to discuss the issue further, she gave contradictory explanations and later made false accusations of belligerent behaviour — which were completely unfounded. I was later offered a refund, but said I would first see how the replacement — which had now been treated with lacquer — held up. At that juncture, Gail stated that it would be entirely at my own risk and refused to take any responsibility. The entire experience was very unpleasant. The products are of poor quality, and they do not withstand outdoor conditions as claimed. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
