Landcom Compeg the Worst

I am residing in a fleurof brooke my unit has deveoped moulding i recently purchased the flat in 2017 the insurance Landcom is refusing and declined my claim report given is the whole building is experiencing the same problem and they are not responsible for the problem,yet im expected to pay monthly premium for building insurance
