PATHETIC LANDBANK FAILING AGAIN

PATHETIC LANDBANK: I've been strugling for 2 months on a weekly basis to get the required list of documents & loan application form but were met with empty promisses. Im trying to assist my co shareholder to buy my remaining 25% (in the pty owning the farm) with a R 1.8m loan which installment should be +-3 % of the income. One would think that Landbank will fall over their feet for a deal like this...well they did fall/fail their mandate dismally. I quess this happens cause they dont pay tax or dividends and get +-R3 billion bail outs every couple of years... Pretoria Branch
