unwillingness to provide paid-up letter

After settling my account, I have requested a paid-up letter from them. This was done in writing on the 2nd of July 2026. Today is the 25th of August and when I follow up regarding the paid-up letter, they again inform me that I are sending it to the relevant department. This is really very unprofessional!
