Worst Service

Worst service I have ever had at a company. They are harassing me regarding "outstanding" payments on a Planet Fitness account I have closed more than a year ago. I paid my arrears and rest of my contract at the time to resolve the issue. Now they are back with the same case number and without a reason as to why I owe it.

I have called only to be hung up immediately, sent two emails with no response, contacted their Whatsapp line without success and used their online chat service which took them 3.5 hours to respond after which I didnt get a response again.
