Very Unhappy!!!

Absolutely pathetic!!! Seems like they just NEVER update the records on their system - seems like they possibly dont even have a system in place!! Been receiving emails from them since 2020 and twice a year I have to resend the details for cancelling my contract with Planet Fitness!!
