Unhappy and disgusted

n the 23 rd Jan 17 I received a settlement letter from Dakalo from Landau attorneys and I was told to pay a settlement amount of R10596.19 of which on the 26 Jan 18 I went to there branch in Bradley to settle the amount and I was told to wait for 7 to 21 days for my Paid up letter and even today I’m still waiting, on the 28 feb18 I was advise by Naom Chiger that I will get my paid up letter on the 9 March 18 which is today and I haven’t received it and I have called Naom Chiger more than 10 times and a lady answered a call and called him and just dropped the call , I will be reporting them to the ombudsman on Monday as they are full of empty promises and will be visiting there office on Monday at Bramley and will not leave there office before I recieve my paid up letter
