Unauthorized Debit Orders !!!!

<p>My account was debited by this company for two months in a row. I had reversed the first one but the second debit order i was unable to do so.</p> <p>I have tried contacting them countless amount of times and each time im just kept on waiting for the next available operator. Everytime my call gets to being the next caller up it magically goes back to being the 5th caller in the queue.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to know why my account was debited in this company? If they trying to rob people, i feel sorry for those who do not check their statements and are allowing these to happen. I had no dealings with this company and therefore would like to see the proof of me giving them permission to debit my account every month. </p>
