Unanswered request

I am greatly disappointed with regards to service within this institution. I had a Planet fitness account which was then handed over to Landau. With on going telephonic communication I had managed to secure a monthly settlement for the account.

However, what happens to be frustrating the most is the fact that I have requested for a statement countless times and have been promised that it will be e-mailed to me. Today I still have not received such.

My whole intention of requesting the statement is to be able to track outstanding fees so that I can be able to settle the amount in the end.

Landau, please make an effort.
