Sending threatning SMS after account was settled
Good day<br> <br> I have settle my account in on December 12 in 2015 already and send proof of payment after each SMS I got. THere is no reply. I also phoned and the last time i spoke to them which was in the beginning of february 2016, they confirmed they received all the payments. THen i requested them to send me a letter to say that account is settled which i did not received and today i get sms to say summons process initiated for getbucks account if not paid by 5 March 2016. So what more must I do if it is paid up and they confirmed it . Please assist cause this is unacceptable.

Kindly be advised the correct reference was not used when the payment of R400.00 was made, hence the money was not allocated.
We will write off our legal fees and the account is now paid up, a paid up letter will be issued in the next 7-14 working days (once our client has allocated payment).
