Rude and unprofessional

This law firm is the worst, my planet fitness account was handed over to them, this company then started debiting my account and later stopped, I was under the impression that the account is now paid up but now they call me again to say the account has been handed over for arrears, is it not that when the account is handed over you pay the arrears as well?....whoever I'm communicating with via watsapp due to lockdown is soooo rude and refuses to respond to my concern regarding this... What a **** company!
