Poor Service and Account Management

I never thought this will happen to me, I was given a settlement letter which I then paid the amount in full with 3 days. I was then told to wait for two to get a paid up letter.Believe me, I have waited for a month and when I querry, I was first given a run around via Debt Review company.I sensed that something is not right and ofcourse boom. I was told that I still owe R250 that I do not know where itt come from.I queried and was told the settlement letter was incorrect.I was already happy and planed my things accordingly and now this? I really don't understand how this company operates. I even wonder if they do get Auditted.it appears to me that clients under Debt Review are treated in this manner as Landau does not pay all the amount to the creditor.This is not right and makes people think Debt Review is a bad approach.I really want to take this up to the next level as I do not know who will be the next victim. Landau needs to stop this and be professional or else leave this collection job to the experts who know what they are doing. I'm so sad as I do not know how long is this going to take.
