Pathetic Service obo PlanetFitness

Had trouble with PlanetFitness account got proof of emails sent with no replies not to even to mention trying to phone them then they had the audacity to had me over to Landua Attorneys only to find that their customer service is just as poor! They contacted me on the 28th of October instead of fighting I desided to cooperate and agreed with the arrangements made, that I will no longer deal with PlanetFitness and pay them the outstanding amount and then in an email confirm that in the process I would also like to cancel my membership and that they will then get back to me with the cancelation fees and that I then also will pay off the amount until my account is settled, on the 2nd of November I sent them an email again asking for feedback and so also again on the 10th of December still to this day no response, and on top of everything PlanetFitness and Landua Attorneys are deducting funds PlanetFitness not even the amount as agreed to in contract. In other words seems to me that they are sceeming together and that this is just another ****************.
