No response at all

These people dont deserve even one star. i received a settlement letter which they were happy and quick to provide and after i made the payment they don't even reply to my emails, i received an email from Tebogo and since i have sent her my id number, she still didn't respond to me. all i want is a paid up letter and an update on my credit profile
