I have paid off the get bucks account in the 29th January and I requested that I must be sent a paid up letter and my credit record to be cleared.

The consultant I had correspondence with via Whatsapp **** to be because I haven't received the paid up letter and this account shows on my credit record that it is still in arrears.

This is totally unacceptable and *********, can someone call me back and sort out this issues asap nxxiiii
