Landau your customer service is BAD!

Easy to take your debit order but now two months later my account is still not active or sorted out - WHY DID I PAY? No answer on their emails! No return calls on the messages that I leave! Easy to take debit orders but now it takes me more than two months to get my account sorted out or at least to speak to somebody at Landau. I think I have send 50 emails already with read receipts and left at least 15 messages for the dedicated person thatch working on my account to phone me back - TILL NOW ZERO REPLY!
