Landau is unprofessional!

I don't even think this constituency is deserving of any rating.

I have received multiple calls recently regarding outstanding debt on behalf of my late mother. Mind you, my mother has died almost two years ago and the debt in question that needs to be paid is for Vermaak. My mother died in the hospital, firstly, where a lot of paperwork was filled out and filed with her medical aid. How is Vermaak only reconciling their outstanding accounts almost TWO YEARS later??? My mother's notification of death had been advertised in and on the relevant platforms for her debtors to approach us so that her estate can be settled.

Nevertheless, after requesting, on multiple occasions, that the invoices be supp****, I have yet to receive anything. I've even emailed and whatsapp'd them - STILL NO RESPONSE, yet I'd get a call every odd day from an agent asking for the same thing. Do people not communicate in the workplace anymore or is no one logging the relevant communication thread???
