Landau Attorneys- pests and ***********- for Kinsbury Radiology

<p>Ref LA405047. I want to know if anyone else is having problems with a lawyers firm called Landau Attorneys. I used the services of Kingsbury hospital in Cape Town (I was traveling and got sick)- for scans in 2015- which, by the way, went "missing" and I never got them from the hospital. I attempted to fight the hospital in terms of not paying for something which I never received and had to pay for again- Back in Jhb I had to pay for the same ****s AGAIN. Of course these arguments with Kingsbury were fruitless and they insisted I pay, I eventually paid the amount just under R1000 against my will- just to find they (Kingsbury) had handed me over to Landay and they had added lawyers' fees of R200+ as well- which I also then paid- against my will just to get these people off my back. I have sent Landau POP and I have called their call centre- to no avail to ask them to take me off their database of reminders gto pay as I had paid- then more threatening sms's started coming to black list me, And I am sorry- I pay my bills so I am not someone who will stand for this type of treatment. Is anyone else being har***ed by these people?? Who cannot seem to sort out their own processes to allocate payments.</p>
