Landau Attorneys on be half of Planet Fitness

I have an issue with this attorney firm. I had to stop going to the gym(Planet Fitness) for personal reasons in 2019. I was contacted by a someone from their offices and they said I had an outstanding balance due and the account was handed over. I was willing to pay what was outstanding because I know I was at fault by not freezing my membership. I sent an email to this person working at Landau Attorneys in February 2020 informing her that I wanted to cancel the gym contract and be granted a discount for early cancellation. No one came back to only for me to get an sms in March 2021 that I have close to R10k outstanding. How is this possible when I tried to arrange to cancel the contract? I have since been in common with the very same lady that the email was previously sent to in 2020 and she is so adamant that the amount outstanding is correct. I need this to be rectified because she was *********** and failed to do her job correctly. For a whole year no one tries to get in touch with me even by sending an email. I urgently need someone who will sort this out
