LANDAU ATTORNEYS NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Landau Attorneys handle my garnish order from Wonga Financial Services. The garnish order for the amount of R150,00 monthly was deducted directly on my salary advice. Landau Attorneys deliver the letter from the court directly to my finance section, without any letter or notification to me. During 2017 I let somebody handles my debtors and their payments, which I therefor forward a salary advice to him, due of the garnish order. Wonga was contacted and a letter was mail to us the the payment was fully paid during 29 February 2016! Landau Attorneys was contacted and there comment was, the money was already paid to Wonga, the don't have any money with them and I had to contact Wonga. On Wednesday I contact Landau Attorneys to find out what happens to the money the still deducted from Oct 2017 to January 2018 after deductions was supposed to stop on September 2017. I have asked Customer Care to speak to Landau Attorney himself. I was diverted to Mr Tshepo Seleoane (Legal Project Manager), telephone ********** 424. He was very friendly and promise while I was busy speaking to him, to go to the accounts department. Few minutes later he phones me back with good news, payment of R425,87 will be paid in to my bank account, can I please forward my bank details to him. He is not assure how long the payment will takes before showing in my account. EFT payments which I knows, is normally 24 - 48 hrs. I have asked him how did he get the total of R425,87 because from October till January makes R600. He couldn't answer me. Today is Friday, 2 days later, no payment. Again I contact him, after I did also yesterday afternoon and let somebody which answer the phone to give him a message no payment was received yet. Today, around 10:30 I contact him again telephonically, which he answer me immediate that he received my message yesterday, sorry he is a laywer and not working with payments and accounts and I need to speak to the accounts department and diverted me to a lady, named Sharel (not sure the pronouncing). She don't know anything and so diverts me to Suzette, which communicate in my language, Afrikaans. Neither any positive feed back like they not working with payments of refunds and diverts me to Customer care, which answer and when I start introducing myself, the phone was dropped!!! It is weekend, no money I cannot apply for a loan due that I am under debt review. How will I received my full deducted money back? It was notice to me that Landau Attorneys must be careful with, for refunds and deductions.
