Landau Attorneys chasing prescribed debt.

I had a contract with Planet Fitness that states that the contact will automatically be renewed after 24, should I not want to continue with the contract I must give them a month's notice to that effect. My contract was due for renewal on 01 September 2020 and I sent notice not to renew on 01 July 2020 and again on 02 August 2020, that's 2month's notice. Planet Fitness decided to increase the contract duration by 5months without my consent, I then reported the matter to the Retail Ombudsman, and the ruling was in my favour. 3yrs later I'm still receiving emails from Landau attorneys stating that I still owe Planet Fitness and must provide proof that I cancelled the contract. Me? why not Planet Fitness? Were my emails deleted by Planet Fitness? Was the email from the Retail Ombudsman deleted by Planet Fitness? Is this debt not prescribed? This is harassment and I don't know which part of I DO NOT OWE PLANET FITNESS A CENT don't they understand. I wonder why they keep sending me emails instead of calling
