Extremely the worst experience you can think off. I settled my planet fitness membership in August 2024 and I keep on getting SMSs and emails from them saying that I owe them money. I total of 3 communication trails sent back and forth after settling the account. No one knows what's going on there. No one provides feedback. Very *********** staff! I have request for them to let me know once the account is closed on multiple communication, then no one comes back and after a month they send you a message saying that the account is opened. No apologies nor acknowledgment for their mistakes. I've being asking them for their complaints email address and till date, they refuse to give me this information, even after after I mentioned that this will be escalated and placed on Hellopeter, they just don't care and think that there is now accountability for their actions . This is the worse company to ever work with!
