landau attorneys are they ********?

I would like to share my frustration that I am having with landau attorneys ,after I paid up my letter almost a year ago they still haven't updated my ITC record ,and after endless calls I have made I still haven't been help instead they would rather tell me to make calls to tranunion which I feel is their job.
