Intrusive and unproffessional Company

If I could give 0 stars I would.

This "company" is one of the most unprofessional and intrusive companies I have ever dealt with. After a miscommunication (that could have been avoided if the institution that wrote me off to Landau did their job), I was inundated with calls from Landau Collect. Every time I received a phone call, I had to explain the arrangement I had made with the original institution to a new person because no record of the previous calls or correspondence was taken.

I received two phone calls a day until I stopped answering completely and went directly to the source (the original institution to whom I owed money). They fixed things on their side and we came up with a payment arrangement, but they didn't tell Landau Collect (or Landau was told and they didn't take note of it). I am still getting calls from Landau personnel, nearly two months after an arrangement with the original institution was made. I also include the Landau email as part of the POP for my account each time I make a payment so they have no excuse.

The level of incompetence is astounding. I can't wait until my bill is paid so I can be rid of their accusatory phone calls and calls at all hours of the morning and evening.
