Incompetency and *********

I am appalled by the service received by the consultants at Landau attorneys. I paid up my account according to the settlement that Pam and her supervisor provided me with on the 29th of July last year. I still have not received a paid up letter I called the on the 8th of Feb this year as i received notification that i still owe Truworths to request for this letter to be sent to me. I still have not received the letter. I called today and spoke to Kgomotso Mokwena, who hung up on me. I called back and spoke to Zandile who promised to transfer me to a manager, someone answered and hung up again. I now spoke to Priscilla Davids who advised that she will get someone to send it to me. I have advised her that i need it in the next 15 minutes otherwise i will consult lawyers as this is regarded as theft if they refuse to disclose and acknowledge my payment as well as refuse to send me the letter to advise my Truworths account has been been settled and paid in full

Please can someone more senior step in, as clearly there are *********** staff at Landau attorneys!
