DATES ARE SET FOR A REASON

Why is your company running random debit orders or different dates? I told you the debit order must be set for the 31st but even today you ran a debit order on my account and of cause it bounced and you keep doing this and it is costing me money!

Every time a debit order bounces on my account my bank charges me R150 so by the 3rd wrong date debit order the bank fees your company is costing me are more than the R350 that I have to pay you for.

Fix this or I will cancel your debit order and I don't care if you put this toward my credit score.
