Accounts paid off

I had 3 loans reflecting a small balance and paid them off a year ago with all the proof of payments and correspondence on email. Yesterday I get a call from Alliance call centre or something calling for a payment arrangement on my outstanding loans with Getbucks!!!????? I could have choked the guy through the phone. I want this resolved!
