A hassle closing an account

have an account with Joshua Doore which was handed over for collection to Landau Attorneys. Last month I requested from Landau Attorneys a settlement quote which they gave and I settled the account via debit order nogal. I have taken note that the payment was allocated by JDG and my credit record updated, but now, the account is not appearing as closed on Transuion nor is it flagged it as a paid up account on my credit record. Also my record states that there is still a balance of R207.00 owing to JDG, of which I don't understand as I have paid the full settlement amount I was offered. I don't understanding why I am struggling with this account, I've been sending emails to both JDG and Landau Attorneys but have been receiving communication that a paid up letter will follow. I have been phoning Landau Attorneys and was advised that there is a problem between JDG and Landau regarding the account, I really don't know what is happening. Can somebody please assist me in rectifying this situation.
