Land Rover West Rand Failed to fix a Land Rover Vehicle

I had an accident in June 2022 and my insurer sent the car to panebealters afte the repairs were authorised, but the car had to be sent to Land Rover West Rand for a mechanical problem which caused the car not to start before the body repairs were done. The car was with Land Rover West Rand for three months, and when it came back it had a new mechanical problem of "water in fuel". I repoerted the matter to my insurer, and after a month of wrangling, I was told to take the car back so the dicovery service provider could send it to Land Rover West Rand for fixing. Land Rover West Rand played trial and error for 4 months and half, and when they realised they had dismally failed to even identify the proble, they told us one of the parts they needed to fix the car had been discontinued. That surprised me, how could a 2014 vehicle not have parts in 2022 becasue they have been discontinued, does that mean Land Rover expert their Land Rover Evoque to last for less than 8 years? The car had to be taken to a private auto-electician in March 2023, and is still there, Im still awaiting their feedback, but I've not had my car for 10 months because Land Rover West Rand failed t fix their own vehicle.
