Disappointed

I do not have any communication regarding my car..I called road assistance on Thursday.On Friday Lebo called to ask what was wrong with the car and I told her.After there was no communication till yesterday.Someone called to ask the same question and I was alarmed by all this…the guy from LandRover road assistant did check the car… The must be communication between them.I started telling the lady about my frustration and she told me she knows nothing about my issues…Then she ended the call..I haven’t receive any communication till now..I think her name is Danten.

My frustration are… 1.I’ve called road assistance 3 times for jam start 2.This is the second time my car is taken to West rand

The above happened in a period of 2 weeks….I do not have a car right now…it’s frustrating..The first incident…they told me they can not find courtesy car…for two days I did not have a car…This is so disappointing 😡😡😡
