5 Star service received from Samantha Du Toit!

I took my vehicle to the branch for it’s annual service in May 2021, where I was advised that the turbo needed to be replaced. I was in total shock, as we only purchased the vehicle in December 2020 and hadn’t even driven it for 3 000km. Samantha understood where I was coming from and advised that I was welcome to contact JLR SA Head Office.

To make a very long story short, Samantha handled the whole process like a true professional. I was in a situation where I questioned the true integrity of the brand Land Rover. I honestly still don’t trust the brand, but I’m so grateful that Samantha came across my path. Samantha sure does have a passion for what she does.

I would never be able to thank her enough!
