Bad Service
Maybe if I write here somebody will finally do something . I am writing this on behalf of my husband , who’s very fustrated with the service from Jaguar Land Rover Hillcrest There’s a lady called Hlengiwe there at Hillcrest who’s been handling this case , it’s been calls and emails back and forth, the car was there for full 2 weeks fetched it on the 29 of June and it came back with same issue that was supposed to be fixed , he called again on Monday the 6th of July , I’ve lost count how many times it has been there , It’s fustrating enough that he has to take the car from Pietermaritzburg to Hillcrest to get it sorted , He has to take time off work every time there’s this up and down .Today is the 10 of July , next week is going to be another week of making phone calls and sending emails and trying to get hold of Hlengiwe. He’s fed up with services from this dealership.
