Beware extended motorplan

<p>Our Landrover Discovery 4 has been at Landrover Cape Town for almost 2 weeks now, after breaking down with suspected alternator failure. We took an extended service/motorplan with Innovation in June this year when the basic 5 year plan ran out. This cost R42,000.00 for 2 years. I have just today been informed that, after the car has been standing at Landrover Cape Town for almost 2 weeks (and our service consultant having tried her best to sort things out for us), Innovation have finally given the go-ahead to change the battery (!!) and have the vehicle retested prior to authorising any further action.</p> <p> </p> <p>Needless to say I am left speechless.</p> <p> </p> <p>Be warned.</p>
