No payments made & BAD service

My mother submitted documents last year in April together with my other family members , they have been paid out and she still has not been paid she submitted all the documents which Mr Sakhumzi Sigaji requested for but there is still no payment made. My uncles have been paid 3 times already, my aunt 2 aunts submitted the documents last year and they got paid out however yet not even one payment has been made in my moms name. The receptionist is very rude she does not have any telephone etiquette , she always gives and ETA as to when we should call and Sakhumzi will be around but when you call on the date given she gets very angry and irritated says there is nothing she can do if Sakhumzi is not around its not her problem, then she drops the call. We have been calling to follow up since last year November and still no response.
