Bad bussiness ethnic in payments

Our situation was not with the company as such but with the Contracts Manager Mr Waldu Langenhoven.

The rented a property by us in Grootbrakrivier as they had workers in the George Mosselbay region. First they rented month to month but then wanted to rent for a 12 months plus time period.

The problem was getting payments on time out of the. I have all proof on messages. Some payments were a month late. Then for longer than 4 months every payment was late. We were patient however it took weeks to get every months payment.

Mr Waldu would stall week after week with varoius excuses. We had a situation where we were all upset with each other again around payments ending November.Mr Waldu was very rude answering his messages as I had to ask other people for help he was doing business with. For December he decided he would only pay prorata as they would go on leave. When we asked why he said because they would not be there. Even though he agreed in writing to 12 months at the payment agreed upon.

If you rent a property you cant just decide on your own what you wat to pay. You have to pay what was agreed upon.

The owner of the property wanted to use the house for one week seeing they would not be there however that was cancelled.

This ended in me asking them to vacate the premisis on the last working day and we would not do any bussiness with them going further.

This is ********* bussiness procedures as well as very rude people forcing there own habits.

The other people working for the company were all well manered and decent people.

It is sad that one person can make such bad decisions that influence the workers. We had a very good relationship with everybody that lived in the house.
