Zero contact from Lancet they just use debt collectors

I would like to raise a formal complaint about your SHOCKING account services!!! I have now, yet again received an sms from SCS to contact them. Firstly – as noted below, and without any further feedback received on the email below, I have once again not received any invoice / statement / etc to indicate which amount is outstanding. You would like me to settle an amount, but what am I paying for???? Furthermore, when I contacted Lancet telephonically on 26 October (yes, I have to contact you and no one from Lancet contacts me because apparently your accounts department can’t make calls – how ridiculous!), your accounts clerk sent me all invoices with outstanding balances, which was then settled in full on 27 October. How do you operate to now, more than a month later, get a debt collector to once again send me an sms for an outstanding balance, on the SAME account reference number noted in the subject??? Are you not able to match and clear properly? If you have a look on the invoice as per the attached mail from yourself, you will notice that the R306.68 is actually in credit. Do you not perhaps think you just misallocated it???? If you don’t think this is the case, I would like formal correspondence that this amount was actually refunded to Discovery. I will appreciate it if someone (from Lancet, and NOT a debt collector) and explain what is going on, and not just send a lousy sms.
