Worst lab to deal with

My daughter has blood tests done at the beginning of October. I accompanied her an told the guy at the door I would like to find out if my medical aid would cover everything. He was rude an told me I could not go in with my daughter an if medical aid isn't covering the tests they will let me know before going ahead. Three weeks later the lab keeps calling an sending me messages regarding this account saying im owing a large amount of money. I have called in an agreed to pay for the mess up on their side. The consultants are so inexperienced an unhelpful an continued to send me messages for payment after I had agreed to make monthly payments to which I asked for a statement to be sent to me. They then send emails to another email address Heaven forbid where they got that email from an then give me an easy pay no that isn't even activated. This has been the worst experience dealing with this lab as they are so *********** in what they are doing but keep demanding payment. When you call them they either can't help you or they don't know....
