Worst accounts service ever!!!

So I have been emailing these people so many times this years as they keep sending me smss say8ng I owe them but I get no account, no reason or for what it was or when.

I keep asking them to contact me so I can sort this out but my emails only get responded to with, what can I help you with and then silence...

Now they want to hand me over... to ****ing whooo????

They just send the amount and bank details... do they really think I'm just going to ****ing pay???
