Worst accounting I have ever seen

I have been struggling with account issues from January 2015 and it gets worse and worse. During 2014 we had to pay for tests not covered by the medical aid. In January 2015 I requested invoices for the amounts paid in order to claim it back from the medical aid, I became aware that they have resubmitted these claims again to the medical aid once the new benefits for the year kicked in. What a massive issue to try and get the money refunded! No ICD10 codes were on the invoices thus all claimed incorrectly from savings and not chronic. I requested that this be corrected, oh sorry some of these invoices are archived and they can't change them I must hand write the codes on. Medical aid won't refund me. I eventually gave up the fight. In March Lancet called saying there is R129 outstanding, the medical aid settles this. Not even a month later there is a threatening sms saying that we have been handed over to ITC for R400 outstanding. Not sure where it comes from as you do not receive invoices or statements even thou you ask for it to be e-mailed. The serves at the actual lab is splendid but unfortunately I cannot continue to fight over accounts like this! Just use a different provider
