Why do you handover people with agreed payment plans and who are actually paying

I made a payment plan with Lancet. Calls recorded. Emails to confirm. Payments done 2 months consecutively and they hand me over. WHY?????????? Is this the behaviour of someone who does not want to pay. What do the notes in my account say? What do you hear on the recorded calls? What about the emails I have sent that are simply acknowledged by your CRM system but not actively responded to. by a human ( 21 September)

In the last two month's I have emailed them twice to query why my account is being threatened with being handed over and they have acknowledged the email but not bothered to respond. WHY???

Today I receive a call from an attorney stating that my account has bee handed over. Does this mean I am listed? I hope not!!!

Surely me requesting 1. an Arrangement to be made..... (and you agreeing to the arrangement and setting out amounts) 2. Me paying consecutively .... Surely this can not be described as the behaviour of a defaulter.

What irritates me is that the arrangement was confirmed. and you have not bothered to respond to my emails.

Calls are recorded right...listen to them.

VERY UPSET! Just because someone is too lazy to go into the notes on an account you just handover. Do you know that this affects many areas in ones life. Surely according to credit acts or ombudsman my charecteristics are not that of a defaulter.

Come on!
