WHO'S THE CUSTOMER HERE?

I'm sick and tired of poor customer relations by Lancet, bullying tactics by its attorneys, Strauss Daly, and poor service by Discovery. I'm the fool who pays Discovery's ever-increasing premiums for less and less cover. Lancet sends its bill to Discovery, Discovery doesn't pay and then I get snotty sms messages from Strauss Daly on behalf of Lancet, demanding final payment for God knows what. Who the hell is the customer here?
