What a lot of nonsense!!!!!!!!!!

So the credit refund people from Lancet call to say there’s a refund due to me and they’d send me a form and let me know which documents to send. I fill out form and send required documentation except for POP because this refund is from tests I did over a year ago. The lady I talk to tells me I can’t get my money back because I can’t provide a statement? What do you need the proof for when YOU called ME to tell me there was a refund???? Who must request and go through a years worth of transactions to prove I made the transaction? Where is the sense in that? I told them I didn’t have capacity to do that and they said to wait 7-14 days.It’s been over 2 months now waiting for this refund. I want it. It belongs to me.
