Wants double payment for money already received
They want to double charge you for payments already made by my medical aid. Then they want me to phone my medical aid and get the proof of payment. Everything was paid to them on the same day but they only see half. Then they threaten to put me in the black list and what not for not wanting to pay. The call center person is so rude and just say I need to phone my medical aid or I will be liable for the payment. There is no manager or someone higher up to speak to, they just say sorry there is no one. F***1
