WAITING FOR A REFUND FOR OVER A YEAR FROM LANCET
We were overcharged for a COVID Test last year we sent off proof to Lancet Credit refund numerous times and then nothing!!!! it took them over a year then we got an sms to say that they would pay us R482.00 and we are still waiting despite numerous emails and wait for it now they want us to send them proof again!!!!
This is not right - you send us a message to say that a refund is due to us and now you as us again!
