Very poor service

On Tuesday midday I did a covid 19 PCR test at a GP through Lancet, even now I dont know oe the results. I contacted the lancet in Tshepo Temba to trace whether they have received the specimen on Wednesday morning around 10H00 and was informed that it was received previous day and is on the next batch of running the PCR. Yesterday at 19h10 I called back and the lady said i must expect the sms at 23h00. Today I gave them a call after the GP who i did swab through sent me their text stating what i was told previous day and was told that they test is complete and they will send the sms once done with results and couldnt be informed about my status over the phone. Now they are insinuating that they have sent me an email, and the Dr that was not even Ccd on the email. Checked all my emails still dololo. So what service am I being charged for? I know in government institutes the lab is slow but it dorant take them their entire 3 days to conclude the results. Honestly hear me recommending your lab for anything kill me.
