Very poor service

I had a miscarriage on 15 Dec 2015, for which I was hospitalized for the day. After the ordeal was over and the bills started coming in, Lancet invoiced us for the 17th December 2015 and so Discovery would not pay as the invoice date was not when I was in hospital.

After contacting Lancet numerous time and having them call me numerous times over the course of 2016 to settle the bill and requesting them to change the invoice date, they then handed it over to their legal guys! By now discovery are uninterested in paying the bill because it has been over a year, and I am still waiting for the updated invoice.

I got an email 2 days ago from Lancet saying that they will send an updated invoice soon. So they can waste time writing that they will sort the problem out 13 months later but they still cannot change a date on a document!

It is entirely Lancets fault that this bill is still unsettled, and Discovery won't pay it now. I really don't feel that I should have to pay it since it is not my fault at all. I have done everything in my power to get them to change the date but they still have yet to do it!
