Useless service

On the 1st June Lancet decided to go and put a claim through of R2491.90 on my medical aid which was an error as these tests were never requested from any doctor and I never signed for this either. My medical aid paid over R2190.28 as this was the last of my savings. This error has since been rectified and the amount of R2190.28 was reversed by Lancet and paid back into my Discovery savings. Since this error was made the actual test that was done and that was suppose to be claimed for R564.10 was rejected due to no funds. This was YOUR fault. I have asked you guys to resubmit this and you telling me you cant because Discovery gave you a valid rejection code. I WILL NOT PAY CASH FOR THIS ACCOUNT. Yes the rejection code stated that there was no funds at the time you claimed R564.10 as YOU are the ones that claimed over R2000 on my account that you were not suppose to. Sort this out. Surely it is not this difficult.
