Useless people
Billed for a blood test without consent. Nevertheless I paid for the blood test in monthly installment using their ptp arrangement system provided by the call Centre agent. I paid everything as per the arrangement. 6 months later they send a new account showing I owe? How the f*** if I paid everything as per your ptp and portal? Guess what I don't have the financials to pay this **** because of your *********** staff members that cannot do their jobs. Start by allocation of payments based on your portal system and review the payments. Everything is in order then remove the last 6 months charges that wasn't suppose to be there and you will see how useless you guys are.
