Useless payment department

Lancet’s payment/collection division is absolutely useless! Everytime you have to pay in towards a claim. They don’t allocate your payments and you constantly have to send the proof of payments. Only to be handed over to a collections company because the right brain doesn’t speak to the left brain!

I would rather use any other pathology lab then these useless bunch of degenerates!
